The Pianist Character Analysis
The protagonist of "The Pianist" is Wladyslaw Szpilman that is played by Adrien Brody. Szpilman lived in Warsaw, Poland. He had a mother, a father, two sisters, and one brother. They were Jewish. Szpilman worked in a Polish radio station as a pianist. He was very talented and famous. He studied at the Chopin school of Music in Warsaw. He wrote a few music pieces that are still played now days. Szpilman had a shy personality but at the same time friendly. He was also very patient not knowing how long the war would last. He hid in different places and was very quiet so that other people wouldn't find him. Before his life changed drastically, he knew a few people here and there. He was able to find a job even though the situation was already bad. Szpilman managed to get a job in the ghetto to be able to support for his family.
